By accessing and using File ConverterX (fileconverterx.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our service.

Service Description

File ConverterX provides free online file format conversion. Our service allows you to convert files between various formats including images, videos, audio, documents, ebooks, and data files.

  • The service is provided free of charge.
  • No account or registration is required.
  • Files are processed server-side and deleted immediately after conversion.

Acceptable Use

When using File ConverterX, you agree to:

  • Only upload files that you own or have the right to convert.
  • Not use the service for any unlawful purpose or to convert illegal content.
  • Not attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the operation of the service.
  • Not attempt to access the server infrastructure or exploit vulnerabilities.
  • Not use automated scripts or bots to make bulk conversions without permission.

Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership rights to files you upload and convert through File ConverterX. We do not claim any rights to your content. The File ConverterX name, logo, and website design are our intellectual property.

Service Availability

We strive to keep File ConverterX available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

Limitation of Liability

File ConverterX is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We are not liable for:

  • Any loss or corruption of files during the conversion process.
  • The quality or accuracy of converted files.
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service.
  • Any interruption or unavailability of the service.

You are responsible for maintaining backups of any files you convert through our service.

File Size and Format Limitations

While we support a wide range of formats, certain conversions may not be available or may produce varying results depending on the complexity of the source file. Maximum file size for uploads is 100MB.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of File ConverterX after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
